Meet Cosimo & Victoria

Born and raised in Bari, Puglia, Cosimo grew up surrounded by the smell of fresh basil, bubbling tomato sauce, and pasta made by the nonnas. A culinary school graduate and seasoned chef turned restaurant manager, he's cooked in restaurants and castles from the northern Italian mountains to the Tuscan hills to the southern seaside.

Victoria, despite being a Southern California native, is Italian DOC at heart. Her passion for all things Italian led her to live in Italy for about ten years, where she earned a Master's in Food, Culture, Communication, and Marketing from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo and began teaching Italian gastronomy and wine tasting in Florence which is where she fortuitously met Cosimo.

Together, they're here to make your meals unforgettable.
